From a humble three-man team in 1977, TIKI International Enterprises was established with a vision of becoming a leading supplier of ironmongeries and building materials locally and regionally, across both private and public sectors.

Today, with over 30 years of experience in the industry, we have expanded to a team of more than 30 skilled staff, yet we remain as dedicated as ever in providing quality productions, at competitive pricing, timely deliveries, and meticulous after-sales service and follow up.

Preparation for Tender

A cross-functional Project Team is assembled, with representatives from all involved departments such as Operations, Technical, Sales & Marketing, and Project Management. The team is headed by a Business Development Manager, who coordinates the communication and teamwork required in studying the project requirements and proposing customized systems and solutions accordingly.

Resource Procurement

Any equipment and materials required for the timely completion of the project are obtained after stringent checks on crucial factors such as technical specifications, ability to deliver on time, as well as suitable payment terms to avoid unnecessary complications that may jeopardize the progress of the project.

Implementation & Management

During this phase, the Project Team works together with the client representative to ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards, site safety and prompt deliveries. Efficiency and quality projects are enhanced by the latest technology implementation where possible, as well as maintaining internal standards as stipulated in our quality control measures and benchmarks.

After-Sales Service & Support

TIKI provides for a defect liability period from the date of completion, as well as warranty under normal wear and tear conditions. All service requests are carried out by our skilled and experienced technical team.
